Terms of Use

Last updated 24 Oct 2026

These terms cover use of the Oldham Juniors team app at https://oldhamjuniors.duckdns.org. They are governed by the laws of Singapore. The app is run by volunteers for the Oldham Juniors under-10 rugby team.

Who can use it

Only invited parents, coaches, and admins may use the app. There is no public sign-up. An admin sends an invite. If you are not invited, do not try to create an account or use someone else's.

Keep your login private

Your email and password are for you. Do not share them, and do not let another person reply as you. Tell us at oldhamjuniors2016@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your login.

Acceptable use

Use the app for team purposes only. Do not share other families' data outside the team. Do not misuse the app, and do not use it to harass anyone.

Accuracy and fixtures

Please keep the details you provide accurate, including phone numbers and medical or allergy notes. Fixtures are subject to change. A date, kick-off, or venue in the app can be updated or the fixture can be cancelled. Check the app for the latest version. A fixture notice is not a promise that the match will go ahead unchanged.

Provided as-is

The app is provided as-is by volunteers. We do not warrant that it will always be available, complete, or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Oldham Juniors and its volunteers are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the app, or from a fixture changing or being cancelled. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that Singapore law does not allow us to limit.

Suspension or removal

We may suspend or remove access if an invite is revoked, a player leaves the team, these terms are broken, or we need to protect the children and families using the app.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top will change, and the current version is always on this page. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Notice.
